TRICITY VOGUE
Cheeky, sunny, toe-tapping tunes from an all-female ensemble with bags of musical talent and irrepressible charm. A night of surprising swing dance music combined with cheeky cabaret entertainment, headed up by bandleader and cabaret favourite Tricity Vogue.
Vogue has gathered the finest female jazz musicians in the capital for this joyous musical project, inspired by 1930s bandleader Ivy Benson and her All Girl Swing Band. The band has been delighting audiences from Devon's iconic Burgh Island Hotel to the Royal Festival Hall since 2011, with an ever-increasing fan-base.
Last year the band sold out the Royal Albert Hall's Elgar Room and Wilton's Music Hall.
"High five to Tricity Vogue and her fabulous All Girl Swing Band who gave a barnstorming performance... I loved the zany, irreverent feel and the air of unpredictability that permeated the evening" - Fiona Coffey, Cabaret Artist
"WOW... They absolutely lit up the room with their sound, talent and energy" - Barry Maz (Got A Ukulele)
